Description:
Found deep in the woods near seeps or at the bases of rock ledges, this fern requires consistent moisture without being boggy in order to thrive. Prefers its soil on the less acidic side than many of our other ferns, so this one is found mostly in western New England. Grows well in very low light, and deer do not browse. NATIVE
